Any audio and/or video recording requested by the Board of an open and public Board meeting shall be subject to inspection by members of the public in accordance with the California Public Records Act, Government Code Sections 6250 et seq. Such recordings shall be maintained for at least thirty days following the taping or recording in accordance with Board Policy 2365.
