Please send all forms to the IT Service Desk at itservicedesk@yosemite.edu, via interoffice mail (MJC West Campus), or by attaching it to a ticket through IT Service Portal. If you request access to CF and/or Physical Plant, you will need to include attachments of the training certificates from the Fiscal Services Classroom. If CF or Physical Plant access is needed, please forward the form to the Controller's Office for approval prior to submitting request. Questions? Contact the IT Service Desk at x7800.
