Facilities Work Order Request
Work Orders for Facilities Operations are entered and tracked through the Physical Plant module in Datatel. For access to the Physical Plant module, please check with your division dean or department manager. To obtain access, you will need to complete the online training through the fiscal services website.
Work orders are retrieved daily by Shelley Paddack for the Columbia campus and Renee Madewell for Modesto Junior College and District. Please contact Shelley or Renee with questions regarding the work order process.
Work orders are prioritized in the following order:
- Safety
- ADA
- Routine Maintenance
- Modernization
