When modifications or additions are requested to an area that is not part of regular building maintenance or repairs needed to instructional equipment, a modernization work order request is required.
To request a modernization estimate, place a work order through MetaBIM. Once the work order is retrieved, it will be assigned to the appropriate trades to provide an estimate. All estimates are forwarded to the appropriate department manager/division dean for signature approval.
All signed modernization approval forms must be signed and sent to the Facilities Operations office before any work can commence.
