Work Orders for Facilities Operations are entered and tracked through the MetaBIM
online portal for Columbia College or Modesto Junior College. NOTE: Colleague Physical Plant requests will no longer be available after August 1,
2025.

For access to MetaBIM, please email facilities@yosemite.edu and cc: your division dean or department manager requesting approval. Once approval
is received, contact facilities for account set up and training.
Work orders are retrieved daily by the Facilities Operations office.
Work orders are prioritized in the following order:
Use the site that corresponds to the location of the work order. For Columbia locations,
use gocolumbia.metabim.com. For MJC use mjc.metabim.com. Most Central Services work
orders will be physically located at MJC, but some may use Columbia's portal.
No, MetaBIM is a web based software program, so IT will not be able to assist. Please
contact Facilities at 209-575-6572 or facilities@yosemite.edu. If we are unable to help, we will contact the MetaBIM support staff to assist.
Yes, when requesting a work order, enter the other person as an Alternate Contact
on the request. If the other person has a MetaBIM log in, they will be able to see
and track the work order you have entered.
No, account numbers are not used for work orders. If a project scope becomes large
enough to require funds, a separate approval process will begin and the account number
will be provided as part of that process.
