Hello & welcome to my MJC directory page! My name is Dr. Duane Brooks, and I'm Part-Time Faculty member here at Modesto Junior College (MJC). I've been teaching undergraduate courses in Business Administration here since 2003. 

I teach the following courses at MJC: Principles of Management, Principles of Marketing, Advertising & Promotion, Quality Management, Personal Finance, Introduction to International Business, and Human Resource Management. 

I also teach at CSU, Stanislaus; Menlo College; and San Jose City College. 

I hold a Doctorate in Education Administration (Ed.D.) from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln; an MBA degree from CSU, Stanislaus; and a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration, Management from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. 

In addition to teaching undergraduate and graduate business coursework for over 15 years; I also spent approximately 15 years in the telecommunications industry as a sales and marketing professional. I've held positions in Marketing Management, Business Development, Account Management, International Sales, Corporate Events Planning, Executive Briefing Programs, and Customer Service Management.
