Online Learning Help
The goal of the Help Desk is to provide a "one-stop shop" where students' questions, problems, etc. are dealt with quickly, with respect and courtesy. Our goal is to make every attempt to solve the problem at the time the student calls; if we can't, we will make every effort to resolve it within one working day
Guidance for the Online Help Desk operations and procedures has come from online faculty and instructional staff. Questions that deal with obvious course content issues will be directed immediately to faculty via transfer to their office email/voice mailbox.
