Purchasing supports educational programs by acquiring and distributing in a timely manner, the highest quality equipment, supplies, and services at the lowest possible cost, consistent with all laws and regulations governing government agencies. Additionally, various utility commodities are purchased and the utility accounts are monitored. The Purchasing Department maintains a high level of customer support for both internal (District) and external (vendor) entities.
