The Board of Trustees of the Yosemite Community College District has declared the items following hereafter as surplus and offers them for sale in accordance with State of California Education Code Section 81450. The property is offered for sale "as is" and "where is". The District makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied as to the condition, utility or usability of the property offered for sale. Furthermore, the District shall not be responsible for any accident or injury resulting from the purchase of the property on sale, or allow the return of any merchandise purchased. All sales are final.
Bid # 08-1604-S, Farrowing Crates
Description of Surplus Property Offered for Sale: Six (6) each, Farrowing Crates. These crates are approximately 7 feet long and 2 feet wide. The model type is a finger crate. They contain six (6) raised floors, approximately 5' x 7' and siding. The floor type is Filter-Ease. They also include six (6) stainless steel sow feeders.
