- Faculty and staff requesting web hosting for personal or educational websites will be given a folder name corresponding to the requestors email address. For example, the user smithj@yosemite.edu would be given the directory name /smithj
- Faculty and staff requesting web hosting for departmental, grant, or program use may provide a directory name of their choosing.
- Faculty requesting web hosting for a specific class need to select a directory name related to the class they are teaching.
- At the present time, accessing, uploading, and modifying web folders on our hosted servers requires the use of Microsoft FrontPage. No other access tools are supported or permitted.
- The webpages.yosemite.edu server can only be accessed by faculty trained in the OmniUpdate Content Management System.
- We do not provide hosting services to students. Students may not be granted access to any website hosted by the Yosemite Community College District.
