The Office of Human Resources for the Yosemite Community College District is dedicated to serving our District and job seekers within our community. We hope this site will act as an information resource for Human Resources questions as well as to obtain the latest versions of our forms.
The Office of Human Resources provides centralized support and services district wide including Columbia College and Modesto Junior College. The services we provide include recruitment and hiring process, staff diversity, classification and pay, personnel records maintenance, payroll, leave accounting, professional development and training, labor contract negotiations and administration, employee relations, grievance resolution, unlawful discrimination complaints, and benefits administration.
The Vice Chancellor of Human Resources is the administrator in charge of Human Resources which includes the following departments: Human Resources, Benefits, Job Registry, Campus Security and Employee Safety.
About the Vice Chancellor:
Diane Wirth began her career at YCCD in 1990 as a Professor in the Family & Consumer Sciences division. She became involved in the Yosemite Faculty Association (YFA) as both Treasurer and President for 10 years. She became Dean of the Allied Health/Family & Consumer Sciences division in 2002 and has served as the Vice Chancellor of Human Resources for the past 3 years.
