Grant Development & Special Programs
Yosemite Community College District's (YCCD) Grant Development Office assists faculty, staff, and administrators at Modesto Junior College, Columbia College, and Central Services with developing fundable grant proposals that meet the Colleges and District's strategic priorities. Grants Office provides assistance in identifying resources, facilitating grant development, and submission of grants, including proposals to federal, state, and local agencies. Our responsibilities include the following:

Research and identify grant funding opportunities.

Facilitate grant proposal approval process to submit a grant application.

Assist with grant proposal developments and grant applications.

Proposal writing and editing.

Final submission of grant proposals and applications.

Support the monitoring, reporting, and renewal of existing grants.

Conduct training for faculty, staff, and administrators in obtaining and managing grant funding.

Attend conferences and trainings to understand grant application and compliance procedures.
Grant support is an integral part of improving the services offered by Yosemite Community College District. Grant funds provide new educational opportunities, link with other community organizations, and promote and enhance diversity.
