Modesto Junior College Business Services maintains high quality, efficient, and cost-effective financial services while achieving fiscal responsibility.
The financial services provided students include fee collections, distribution of refund and financial aid checks, check cashing, and other related service as requested. For other units, faculty, and staff, this unit receives and deposits cash, processes special revenue funds, monitors, and reports financial activities in various auxiliary funds and Foundations and/or campus events, and provides other related services as required. For the district, this unit maintains supporting records of student fees and co-curricular activities (Trust) and auxiliary funds, transfers net Trust monies collected and provides summary reports to the district for incorporation into the consolidated financial statements.
