Benefits Office

The Benefits Office is responsible for providing high quality services to staff and retirees in support of the District's fringe benefit programs including the following self-funded plans: health insurance, dental, vision, workers compensation and a disability benefit program. In addition to personalized problem resolution services, the office works in close cooperation with insurance plan representatives, legal representatives, third-party administrators and the District's insurance broker to ensure effective service delivery. The office is also involved in providing in-service training for staff on various benefit matters and monitoring fringe benefit fiscal transactions.
