Quality Staff Resource Team

The Quality Staff Resource Team is comprised of representative certificated and classified staff, high-level administrators, and including protected group members where possible, as well as other groups identified by the district. It is the responsibility of the Quality Staff Resource Team to:

• Be familiar with pertinent state and federal regulations; review college/district compliance; understand and encourage district-wide commitment to comply; recommend changes needed to gain compliance.
• Review and advise on the District Faculty and Staff Diversity Plan, and monitor its progress.
• Recommend and participate in in-service training on staff diversity and tolerance.
• Assist in recruitment efforts.
